For many years I maintained a consistent weight that is considered obese by "health professionals". I had tried a couple of different weight loss programs and have lost some weight, but over the last 2 years I had gained over 25 lbs and became very discouraged and overwhelmed by the amount of weight that I would need to lose to be healthy so I stopped trying altogether. The bee pollen helped curb my appetite so I started eating much smaller portions which has been a key in my weight loss.
I started taking the bee pollen at the beginning of July and by the end of December I have lost 40 lbs. I had been fluctuating between 192 to 196 lbs and now I am at 150 lbs.
The first milestone that I had was losing 7 lbs in the first week. By the end of the first month I had lost 14 pounds. I noticed a steady energy throughout the day. I did not have a spike and a crash of energy that I might get from caffeine. I typically have the 2 o'clock crash and want a nap, but I was able to go through the day without even thinking of when I could lie down. About 6 weeks after I started taking the bee pollen I had entered my first 4 mile walk/run marathon. I chose to do the marathon because it was part of a team that was doing it in support of a family who had lost their son to violence. My only intention for the marathon was to walk the 4 miles with friends, but I instead found myself running over 2 1/2 miles. I am not a runner and had done no training of any kind for the marathon and yet I had the energy to run over half of it and complete it in 40 minutes. It was awesome.

I am putting healthy practices into place while I take it like drinking lots of water, making nutritious food choices and eating slowly. As I have been losing the weight, for the first time in over 20 years, I am actually having fun shopping for clothes and am trying new things. I feel lighter and more confident and so I put more effort into caring for myself, from the food choices I make to how I dress to leave the house.
